Cibura is the personal working brand of JC, based in Switzerland. The focus is not volume delivery or cheap task execution, but thoughtful projects where a first useful version can change what a founder, creator, or small business is able to test.
The work often starts before the specification is tidy. I help clarify what should be built, make the smallest version useful enough to learn from, and then improve the parts that matter most.

A prototype, MVP, workflow tool, or website improvement should be concrete enough to test, not polished for its own sake.

When a system, module, or website is already in use, the better move is often a focused lift rather than a full rebuild.
Iterate from evidence
The next step should come from real use, operational friction, and visible results, not from adding features because the list is long.

Being based in Switzerland helps when projects need local trust, CH/KMU cost awareness, and clear communication across English and German-speaking contexts. The work can still be international, but the expectations are grounded.
