Problem

The existing system had useful intent but the experience felt dated, fragmented, and harder to use than it needed to be.

Outcome

The product received a visible interface lift, clearer navigation, more capable modules, and new screens for voting, chat, settings, calendar, and task workflows.

The earlier task board used top navigation and dense three-column cards. The updated screens use sidebar navigation and separate views for voting, chat, settings, calendar and tasks.

The gallery shows both the earlier interface and the expanded product. Task views distinguish work awaiting pickup from completed tasks; voting has tabs and filters, while chat has a room list and message actions.
